Release of "Under Construction" Version
of Zarifis Consulting Ltd. Web Site

London, 16 June 2008

Following our announcement of 20 May 2008, which is related to our decision to design and develop our company's web site, the progress through the first 4 stages of the project has moved proficiently without any complications.  The developing process of our web site, having successfully completed Stage 4, is now entering Stage 5.  Time wise, the project is now ahead of schedule and there are indications that it we will soon be entering the final stages of completion.

In view of the above development, the company took the decision to publish the web site on the internet while is still under construction and to complete the project on line.

The company took this decision by recognising the validity of the following arguments:

• At the current state of development the web site is technically sound and fully functioning.  
• Even though the web site is not yet complete, and there is still some important information missing, there is a substantial amount of information already present which justifies the early release argument.
• It is an excellent opportunity to involve our business friends and our clients in the development process of our web site. The expectation is that this involvement will demonstrate to them that our company values their opinion and welcomes their input.
• As the web site design and development is one of the core services that our company offers to the public, it presents an opportunity to demonstrate in practice the result of our work as it becomes available.
• Finally it also presents the opportunity to show the company's confidence in its professionals, their knowledge and abilities.
